Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technical access data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, referrer, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is stored only briefly and is not combined with other data.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. Your language selection follows from the page address. Your choice about embedded videos is stored only locally in your browser, not as a cookie.
No analytics, no tracking
We use no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no audience measurement services. No external fonts or third-party scripts are loaded.
External videos and streams
The “Media” and “Workshop” pages may embed content from YouTube and Twitch. On the first visit a dialog asks whether this content may load automatically. Until you accept, no connection to these providers takes place. After you accept, YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and Twitch (Twitch Interactive, Inc.) process your IP address and may set their own cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For YouTube we use the variant without tracking cookies until playback starts. The choice is stored locally in your browser.
Team portraits
Names and profile pictures of publicly listed team members are fetched from Discord via our servers and stored locally. Visiting the team page does not connect your browser to Discord. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an up-to-date team presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Getting in touch
The contact form processes your name, email address, optional subject and message so we can reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The details are forwarded to us by email and are not stored on this website. If you email us directly, the same applies to the data you send. Discord's own privacy policy additionally applies to our Discord server.
External links
Our pages link to third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord and the ModHub. The respective providers are responsible for data processing on those sites.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please use the address given in the legal notice.
